Martin Luther King’s efforts most certainly led to freedom for millions of people.

But those changes were not his alone. Without the millions of voices that backed him nothing, nothing would have changed.

And so it is with body positivity. Leaders of this movement can make a difference, but not on their own. Every voice counts.

Every voice matters.

Every person that holds a cherry blossom brings our culture one step closer to the end of body shame.

The question becomes, are you going to chime in or hold off?
